The dream of Benedicta Azorbli to appear on the highlife music scene has come to pass with the release of her album ‘Odo Nye Bra’.
This new eight-track album is a great delight to listen to as the lyrics focus on real life issues because the artiste is a real person.
Her title track, ‘Odo Nye Bra’, a mid-tempo song often referred to as music for the masses is very likely to enjoy considerable airplay on all the local radio stations in the country.
All the eight tracks, which would keep music lovers on their dancing feet, include ‘Krokro Me’, ‘Onsi Me Fom’, ‘Supaman’, ‘Gye Gye Me So’ among other danceable tracks.
Benedicta’s music is basically a combination of hiplife and highlife, and the style is superb.
She has indicated she would not relent in her efforts to make a difference in the world of music through her dynamic songs.
In a chat with Beatwaves she explained that “Ghanaians love music and that is what directs my creative energies. “Music is all about what the public or music lovers want and this motivated me to come out with my maiden album”.
